Information we collect Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and mailing address. We collect these when you request a quote, contact us, apply to join our crew, or work with us. Crew and employment details needed to staff shows and pay our crew. These include availability, work history, union local, sign-in and sign-out times, and the documents required for hiring and payroll. Location at sign-in. When a crew member signs in or out of a job using our app, we check their location against the venue to confirm they are on site. We do not track location at any other time. Client and show details, such as booth information, onsite contacts, and billing information. Basic website data, such as pages visited and browser type. This is collected through our website host's standard cookies. How we use it To staff, schedule, and run labor calls, and to keep accurate time records. To pay our crew and bill our clients. To send work-related notices by text message and email (see below). To answer questions, send estimates, and provide customer service. To meet legal, tax, union, and safety requirements. How we share it We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only: With service providers who help us run our business, such as payroll, app hosting, and email and text delivery. They may use it only to provide those services to us. With union halls and venues when needed to staff a job, for example a crew member's name on a labor request. When required by law, or to protect the safety of our crew, clients, or the public. Text messages (SMS) Fusion sends text messages to crew members, applicants, and staff about their work with us. These include job and call offers, schedule changes, sign-in reminders, time-card notices, and travel details. We send texts only to people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to receive work texts from Fusion. Message frequency varies depending on your schedule and the shows you work. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation text, and no further texts after that. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our text messages. Email We send work-related emails such as estimates, signed labor tickets, schedules, and travel itineraries. Each email comes from a Fusion address, and you can reply to reach us. How we protect it Access to personal and payroll information is limited to staff who need it for their job. Sensitive numbers, such as Social Security and bank account numbers, are stored in partial or masked form wherever possible. Your choices You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
