Crew Text Alerts
Fusion Expo Services LLC sends text messages to our own crew members who choose to receive them. We never text anyone who hasn't opted in.
What we text about: crew call offers, schedule changes, sign-in reminders and travel itineraries for the trade shows and events we staff.
How crew members opt in
The crew member signs in to the Fusion Crew app at crew.fusionexposervices.com and opens Me → My Profile.
The text-message checkbox is unchecked by default. Next to it, the crew member sees this wording: "Text me about calls, schedule changes, sign-in reminders and travel from Fusion Expo Services. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Privacy policy"
The crew member checks the box themselves and taps Save. We record the date, time, phone number and the exact wording they agreed to.

Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also uncheck the box in My Profile at any time.
