I&D Coordinator

Fusion Expo Services is hiring a full-time I&D Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and detail oriented, with a strong sense of personal accountability. This team member needs to be an astute learner of our company, our processes, and our industry throughout the initial training period and beyond.


I&D Coordinator’s responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all questions pertaining to I&D’s for Fusion team  members, I&D partners, on-site supervisors a clients

  • Collect and review drawings, show services orders, and other supporting documents to create accurate estimates

  • Submit drawings and other supporting documents to I&D partners for estimates and scheduling

  • Calculate supervision charges to be included with job

  • Coordinate with exhibit techs to determine travel dates, updating internal calendar as needed

  • Submit Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) forms to show and/or decorator based on deadline dates

  • Review show regulations to determine if there are any services our team or our partners will not be able to complete due to venue or city regulations

  • Detail and manage any special client requests to I&D team

  • Issue client invoice for prepayment

  • Compile all final documents and submit to I&D team according to assigned deadlines - Including items such as: final set up instructions & graphic maps, copies of all show service orders, and return shipping instructions

  • Problem solve and work with I&D teams to address and rectify any challenges that arise on the show floor

  • Receive and review all set up photos for accuracy and provide final approval of installs

  • Upload all final set up/show photos to event site

  • Receive final partner invoice post-show, review for accuracy and reconcile service for final invoicing to client

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Fusion requires the candidate for this position to be proficient with the Google office suite.

  • The position requires at least 3 years of recent I&D Coordination experience. Other combinations of education and experience will be considered.

  • Three professional references from current or former employers will be required.

  • Partially remote schedule will be considered for the right candidate.

Compensation will be based on experience.
